1. Login to https://portal.ahasa.io/login.

2. On the Left Pane, expand Users and click User Roles.

3. Click Create.

4. Fill the following information.

   • Role Name - Enter the name of the Role.

   • Related To - Select the Role Type to which the new role is related to.

   • Permissions - Assign the required permissions. The permissions can be assigned separately for each of the features which are available. Refer below for the details related to the permissions.

   • View Only - The user can only view the information in the respective feature/module.

   • Add New Access - The user can assign permissions to new users for the respective feature/module.

   • Edit Access - The user can edit information in the respective feature/module.

   Delete Access - The user can delete information in the respective feature/module

5. Click Create to create the new user role.
